我所在的实验室购入了意法半导体型号为STM32F417ZGT6的ARM主控芯片，在计算项目总体的可靠性时需要用到该元件的可靠性数据，请问我可以在哪里找到该元件的平均无故障工作时间（MTBF, Mean Time Between Failure）的实验数据、预计寿命或者FIT（failures in time）数据吗？或者有人能提供这些数据吗？我在官网阅读datasheet时并没有找到关于寿命或者失效时间的相关数据。

芯片手册不是有吗？实验数据是实验室所得，不代表实际工作环境
