烧录报错

烧了一个不断从串口发送消息的程序，没有设置延时一直往外发数据，自那之后就一直报这个错，再也没法下载程序进去了，不知道咋清理内部程序了，CubeIDE连找不到了

这是那个程序一直发送数据导致GDB端口占用，才上传不了。

先修改Boot跳线帽

让STM32从系统储存器启动

在上传一个不包括串口的程序

在修改回原来的跳线帽
