最近小弟使用JLINK的时候，出现了很奇怪的问题

我使用的是JLINKV8，某宝上的买的。这个JLINK的1脚和2脚是相连的。和一般的有点不一样。
我用它在下载程序的时候出现了这个问题。很奇怪。请大婶帮我看看
