  • Owns and executes account strategical & tactical account plan
  • The Coordinates and drives demand creation metrics of distributor with regular tracking
  • Reviews design pipeline and drive design-in/win
  • Manages distributor resources to align with strategies
  • Develops and maintains technical knowledge needed to sell existing and new products and solutions
  • Plans and coordinates events with distributor

Profile
  • Master degree preferred, majored in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • Aggressive, active, open-minded, Initiative and independent to find the biz opportunities and resource to win
  • Good skill of writing, reading and speaking English.

Job description
  • Collaborate with internal product marketing, FAE and distributors to develop Automotive, Power market (for both Internal Combustion Engine & New Electrical Vehicle) in central of China.
  • Promote ST kit solutions for the identified market and applications.
  • To cultivate design pipeline for target customer and applications
  • Carrying out the design-in plan to drive design win on schedule
  • Regularly business review with related partners to update the design progress
  • Achieve defined design / production win target
  • work and prepare routine report (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to management

Profile
  • Master’s degree in EE, technical background is preferred
  • CET 6 proficiency in English, good skill in writing/reading/speaking English
  • Self-initiative and disciplinary character
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Regular visit / travel to customer in different cities
  • Good communication skills

  • Collect, monitor, and integrate semiconductor marketing data from multi-channels
  • Digitize or visualize the information, make the management easy understanding
  • Regular communicate with governmental officials, associations, consultants, and other external customers/partners.
  • Do policy interpretation, strategic analysis, cross-functional support, and other team works.
  • Coordinate the industrial standard activities with internal and external customers

Profile
  • Master’s degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Computer, Finance, Legal or English and so on.
  • Semiconductor related major is a plus
  • CET 6 or above, proficiency both in written and oral English.
  • Excellent on MS office and software working tools, especially Excel or Python.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
