我知道STM32F051和STM32F103都有这个ID号，数据手册和参考手册上也写得很清楚。现在在用的STM32F030芯片，发现数据手册和参考手册都没有只字未提关于这个ID号的相关信息，是不是STM32F030芯片没有这个ID号？请教各位了解这个信息的达人请给出一个确定的答案，多谢！

LZ ，你这个STM32F030 的ID确定了吗？ 看手册有一个ID 寄存器，但没有说是unique唯一的。
《25.4.1 MCU device ID code
The STM32F0 products integrate an MCU ID code. This ID identifies the ST MCU part
number and the die revision.
This code is accessible by the software debug port (two pins) or by the user software.

Bits 31:16 REV_ID(15:0) Revision identifier
This field indicates the revision of the device. It is read as 0x1000 for Revision 1.0 and
0x2000 for Revision 2.0.

This field indicates the device ID.

官方没有声音了吗、到底有没有96bits唯一ID号？

stm32芯片中 绝大部分的芯片都有UID.
只有极个别低端点STM32芯片没有,比如STM32F030就没有，但 32f031/042/072等都有。

有没有直接在芯片数据手册里搜索 unique ID 确认。

所有系列XX0的都没有ID；只有XX1或XX2等才有；完毕；如STM32F030就没有，STM32F050也没，STM32F070也没有；而STM32F031，051，等就有；
