2.STM32F429/39为设计人员提供最大2MB闪存或1MB双区闪存,每种闪存内置256KB RAM,让嵌入式系统能够使用先进平台,如Microsoft .NET、Java 或 uC Linux,而嵌入式系统设计人员过去只能使用结构化编程语言,如C语言。这一概念使开发人员能够开发功能更丰富的应用软件,以更快的速度和更高的效率提供更强的用户体验。内置双区闪存的微控制器可实现读写同步操作,有助于保护存储器内容,如当一个应用程序正常运行时,可稍后安全地安装应用下载更新。
此外,该系列产品还增加外部高速SDRAM模块接口,从而为客户提供一个经济的外部SRAM存储器选择,这个最新的外存接口还有一个84MHz的32位宽的数据总线。
内部增强型显示控制器可将应用连至标准的TFT-LCD显示器,同时还有助于基于微控制器的应用系统降低成本、缩小外观尺寸,提高实时性能。内部TFT-LCD控制器内置意法半导体的Chrom-ART Accelerator。这是一个能够加快图形处理速度的硬件模块,相较于Cortex-M4内核上运行软件,能够将像素格式转换速度和传输速率提高一倍
